COTTER, Calvary Temple - We are looking for both a children's pastor and a youth pastor. Both positions would be bivocational. What we are looking for is someone who feels called and passionate about youth and children and would be willing to do what is necessary to follow that calling. As pastor I am currently serving in a bi-vocational role so we are not asking for someone to do something that we are not willing to do ourselves. We are currently reaching out to youth and children through our van ministry and through our Wednesday night meal and activities. The church is located directly next to the Cotter Public School district and we have several students in the school currently and are poised for growth. BOONEVILLE, Southside Assembly is re-launching! We are looking for someone to jump in with both feet, and lead our youth! This is a ground up operation, but will have the support of the congregation to build and grow the younger generation! For the time being, this is a volunteer position, but as things change, we are open to discussing a salary. The right person will:

- seek God's direction in all they do

- be a motivated self-starter that is not afraid to try new things

- will know how to communicate effectively

- be a person that thinks outside the box

- need to have a mindset to disciple or mentor others

This is a ground up operation, but will have the support of the congregation while we seek a deeper presence with God in our worship services! The right person will:

- seek God's direction in all they do both personally and in music selection

- be able to lead from the keyboard/piano

- know vocal and musical ranges to assist with worship team development

- work with the Pastor to plan songs accordingly for events

- will know how to communicate effectively.

 Student Ministries Pastor - Mountain Pine, AR is looking for a spirit led candidate or couple to lead our student ministry. We currently have about eight students. We would love to partner with the ministers the Lord sends our way to seek creative ways to engage new students in our community, We are beautifully and strategically located six miles from Hot Springs, an hour from Little Rock, forty minutes from the new Buc-ee’s in Benton and four hours from family vacation destinations like Branson, MIssouri. We are seeking a pioneer, mission minded student pastor to come in and dream with us as we minister to the youth in our area. This charming community is so open to receive a youth minister to engage with. Our church has a big heart to reach out to those in need. The greatest need for these students and their families is an energetic individual or couple to disciple them in their walk with Jesus.
