New Hope Assembly Church, Rogers, AR is prayerfully seeking a Lead Pastor to guide and shepherd our congregation. Located in Rogers, Arkansas—a vibrant and growing city in Northwest Arkansas—our church family gathers weekly with an average attendance of 400–500.

We are seeking a credentialed Assemblies of God minister who demonstrates a deep love for God and genuine compassion for people. The ideal candidate will be a mission-minded leader with a strong commitment to community outreach, spiritual growth, and wise stewardship, including a commitment for debt freedom.

This individual will provide spiritual leadership through biblical teaching, pastoral care, and the development of ministries that engage both our church body and the surrounding community.
