The mission of Arkansas Women's Ministries is to touch the lives of women by the transforming power of Jesus Christ, disciple them to follow His example, and train them to minister to others.  Our purpose is to reach women through the transforming power and the love of Jesus Christ, disciple them to follow Christ's example and live overcoming lives, build wholeness and balance both spiritually and mentally through consistent prayer and the study of God's Word, provide an atmosphere for women to develop their gifts, abilities, and lasting relationships, and to train women to find their place of ministry and effectively touch their world for Christ.

Arkansas Assemblies of God Women are challenged to be the Leading Ladies of this great state and district because of the Christ who lives in us!

We hope you celebrate National Women's Ministry Day on Sunday, February 25, 2018.

The National theme for Women's Ministry of the Assemblies of God is: “On a Voyage.” The theme verse is, “I trust in You, O Lord . . . My times are in Your hands.” (Psalm 31:14-15, NIV).

The theme Bible study is the book Voyage: Trusting Jesus in Uncharted Waters by Kay Burnett, National Women’s Ministries Director. She says:

“We are called to this voyage and invited to relish every moment of it with the One who spoke the seas into existence and breathed life into our infant lungs.

Listen for a moment. Do you hear the sound of His voice singing over you, beckoning you to join Him in the journey? It’s time to put out to sea with your Captain and let the wind of His Spirit fill your sails. Will you trust Him to lead the way? Will you trust Him to navigate safely through the storms? Will you trust Him for the journey?

Your voyage awaits . . .”
