The apostle Paul wrote in his letter to the Colossians: “…be filled with the knowledge of God’s will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding, so that you may lead lives worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing to Him, as you bear fruit in every good work and as you grow in the knowledge of God…As you therefore have received Christ Jesus the Lord, continue to live your lives in Him, rooted and built up in Him and established in the faith, just as you were taught, abounding in thanksgiving” (1:9-10; 2:6-7). This passage is one way to describe the desired results of ministries with adults – wise, knowledgeable adults who are growing in the faith and who consistently demonstrate their love of God and neighbor.

The mission of Adult Ministries is to prepare, challenge, and inspire women and men to a life of Christian discipleship. It is our desire and mission that every adult become a full and fulfilled disciples of Jesus Christ, and that each person will have a passion for Christian service, whether it is across the street or around the globe.

Whether you teach an adult Sunday School class, lead a men's, women's, singles', or senior adult ministry, your objective should be to help them navigate life with God at the center.

As you navigate through this site it is our desire that you realize a stated goal for this ministry is “to focus on the spiritual and social needs of our adult members and to connect adults with one another and with the church family for fellowship, service and personal growth.”
